TQM Softwaresss

    Flexible TQM Software

Total Quality Management (TQM) is flexible, accessible software and is coming of age due to the growing use and acceptance of browser based software systems. TQM includes quality control on the factory floor and beyond. In today’s world, it has become increasingly important for manufacturers and distributors to have this useful tool. Some large companies are even forcing tier one and two suppliers to implement a TQM system.

    TQM Systems

TQM stands for Total Quality Management. Managing the quality of one’s products and/or services requires unique system configuration, so many businesses end up with several software applications for overall quality control. When managing quality using a disjointed system, the high level data is impossible to evaluate properly. This may not seem important if each piece of the TQM system is operable, but comparing the data in each area (or department) is crucial to understanding the strengths and weaknesses throughout an organization.

    Calibration Software

Calibration of certain items, such as electronic and physical test equipment, accurate timing devices, and other assets for quality management, is an aspect of manufacturing which cannot be ignored. Standards used in calibration in the U.S. need to be traceable to master standards located at NIST (formerly NBS). Accuracy and timeliness of the calibration of facility equipment needs to be recorded, with records maintained to meet certain business standards and contract requirements.

    SQC Tracking

Tracking SQC (Statistical Quality Control) data can impact your business’s ability to improve the quality of your products. While many companies do minimal SQC Tracking, or track SQC through ineffective means (on paper or spreadsheets), others do practically nothing to improve quality.

    Quality Control Software

Quality Control should be a significant part of any manufacturing process. The quality of a finished good can be the reason that consumers purchase one product over another. Having a consistent quality of product encourages brand loyalty, and improves the success of a manufacturer. Monitoring quality not only consists of performing a litany of tests, quality control must also provide management with real time data and historic overviews with which to make informed decisions.

    Using Crystal Reports

A reporting application used for business intelligence is considered crystal reporting. Crystal reports give your business the ability to produce interactive, presentable quality reports from a range of different data sources. With crystal reports you can create simple, complex and professional reports that display data according to your specifications.
